Shipping, returns & FAQ

We ship to addresses in Canada and the USA only. We can't ship overseas at this time.

Yes, wall calendars ship free in Canada and the US. Shipping for other physical items is calculated at checkout.

Wall calendars are printed to order, so please allow 2-5 days for production before your calendar ships. Digital downloads are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Digital products are PDF downloads and no physical product is shipped. Your download links appear on the thank-you page as soon as payment is confirmed. You'll need a printer to use them, and they're for personal use only, not for resale.

Right after you pay, you're taken to a thank-you page with a download link for each digital item you bought. The link opens a Google Drive folder with your PDF files. Download them straight away and save them somewhere safe, for example on your computer. Please keep your Stripe receipt email too, in case you need to contact us about your order.

Links not working? Try turning off ad blockers or browser add-ons and refresh the page. If a file seems damaged, download it again. If a file arrives as a ZIP, extract it first: double-click it on a computer, or use a file manager app on a phone or tablet. You need a printer to use the PDFs. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll get your files to you.

Calendars are 11 x 16.5 inches (29.7 x 42 cm) on thick semi-gloss cardstock with wire binding and a hanger (colour will vary: white, silver or black). They're printed in the US and Canada on FSC/PESC-certified papers, with local production to minimize environmental impact.
